What you will be doing
Body weight exercises are so in right now! Get fit and strong using nothing but your own body weight as resistance.
You will be surprised at the results you can achieve without pumping any iron or setting foot in a gym.
The focus of this class is to build strength and endurance, to help you feel tough enough to take on anything. No wonder bodyweight is the new barbell.
Routine
This class is a full body strength based class using body weight exercises. New cutting exercises will be included each week to keep the session varied and interesting.
All exercises can be adjusted by the trainer to suit you, so all levels are welcome here.
