What you will be doing
This will be a high intensity class targeting whole body! We will be focusing on Refining and improving Technique, Toning and Increasing Strength! The class will be one hour long and involve a combination of circuits and Bodyweight exercise.
It will take place on my deck area so we can avoid the muddy surfaces! There is also free parking available on my street.
Routine
Warm up 10 minutes Bodyweight warmup Focusing on cardio, mobility and muscle activation
Circuits 40 minutes Several stations Whole body exercises using various types of equipment
Cool down 10 minutes Active mobility and stretches for muscle recovery
