Then join me for an intense 45 minute cardio blast to get that blood pumping, and keep your resting heart rate and VO2 levels right where you want them!
Starting off with a dynamic mobility warm up to get every ready for what's to come.
Followed by 4 rounds of HIIT, EMOMs, AMRAPs and maybe some other acronyms to trigger that EPOC
Finishing off with that all important stretch.
