What you will be doing
This class will be taken by Giulia.
This class is a combination of high energy pad work and mobility work using the traditional practice of Indian Club Swinging.
Working in pairs using pads, you will be carrying out various combinations. Followed by mobilty work focusing on shoulder mobility.
Please bring your own gloves if you have them. Pads are provided.
