What you will be doing
Do you have issues with balance that deter from attending most fitness classes? This class is particularly focused on helping with core and hip stability, so if you are struggling with balance related issues, this is the class for you! We will be utilising traditional ballet style movements to help build strength throughout the body, but particularly the glutes, calves and thighs.🦵 Plus you get to feel like a ballet dancer for 45 minutes!! 😂
As with all my classes we will be focusing on having fun whilst working, with party vibes and great tunes. 🥳
Routine
We will be starting off with a mobility warm up, followed by standing section using the barre for support. Finishing off with a much needed chill out and stretch.
