Upper body workout 💪
You will be sent a link to the stream 15 minutes before the class starts.
What you will be doing
Using advance training methods to work on that upper body., using bodyweight or weights/resistance bands if you have them. Time under tension, reps and rounds of chest, shoulder, biceps and triceps. Challenge and improve your strength and range each week.
