What you will be doing
Find fitness in fusion of traditional Yoga for flexibility & focus combined with Fitness Pilates for strength of core & functional movement. Inspiring mix of Yoga poses & flow sequences interspersed with traditional Pilates core exercises with functional sequences to mobilise & strengthen.
Wake up your senses & find focus with traditional Yoga poses, sun salutations and flow sequences. These will be interspersed with traditional & Fitness Pilates routines to target the core, improve posture & alignment whilst toning & tightening. Follow your routine with guided breath control, complete your workout with relaxation & release. Suitable for all levels, learn to listen to your body taking options as well as challenges that are right in the moment.
