What you will be doing
We will be doing body weight to do a HIIT cardio workout to help with weight loss.
3 mins or so warm up 24 mins training 3 mins stretching
30 secs on each exercise with 20 seconds rest, at the end of each round you will get 40 secs rest.
This class takes place on multiple dates, view all available dates.
Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time
All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
