Putting you through your paces with fun 3 minute rounds. Taking your through basic boxing fundamentals to test your fitness, coordination and reaction time.
Boxing has so many benefits whether it be just to let off some steam or to work on your technique.
Shadow box, grab a partner if you can or let loose on the bag. Round one lets go!
