What you will be doing
Get ready to HIIT all your exercise goals with and outdoor class targeting all the key muscle groups while boosting your cardio levels!
Routine
We will start with a quick warm up before moving on to exercises that target the upper body, lower body, core and stamina! You'll be able to train at your own pace with timed exercises led by an upbeat and motivational trainer.
