What you will be doing
This is a circuit style workout focusing on building strength and mobility using your own bodyweight. We will be using suspension straps, pull up bars, parallettes and most importantly gravity to build full body muscular strength with a strong focus on mobility.
Please rest assured there are regressions and progressions for every exercise meaning anyone of any level of strength can take part in this class.
Routine
We will be starting off with a much needed mobility warm up followed by a circuit style bodyweight workout.
