A sequence of flows for mobilising your limbs, interwoven with sun salutations, standing poses, strength and balancing postures, hips openers, core crushers, spinal rotating motions, forward folds and hamstring stretches.
Please grab a yoga mat or a suitable alternative - carpet is fine as long it is not slippery. Yoga bricks and belts (or towels) could be handy.
Grab your fave scented candle or fragrance spray for the meditation (mine is lavender 🌺 mmm!)
