All good things start with a breathing meditation and a warm-up to loosen stiff joints. The core of the class consists of sun salutations, standing and seated poses strung together by themes that evolve over the course of each month and season. A pit-stop yogic sleep ceremony draws the class to a sleepy, blissful close.
