Then join me and a very lively crew of Sydenhamites for a Hump Day session to get that blood pumping.
Starting off with a dynamic mobility warm up to get everybody ready for what's to come.
Followed by 3 rounds of HIIT, EMOMs, AMRAPs and maybe some other acronyms to trigger that EPOC 😂🤓. Interlaced with 3 rounds of interval based strength work.
Finishing off with that all important stretch.🧘♀️
