A contemporary take on yoga that combines mobility, functional movement, mindfulness and strength training. This class is suitable for beginners
The class will usually begin with some breath work, some static stretching/mobilisation exercises, progressing into some balance and traditional yoga poses. Also touching on core, upper and lower body strength, flow sequences and relaxation techniques.
