What you will be doing
Join me for this playful and challenging strength-building peak pose yoga class series. We will unpack a different challenge pose every class and you will learn all the building blocks to make the peak experience more accessible, effortless an FUN!
Each class will begin with a warm up sequence, then we'll build heat and strength with Surya Namaskara A and B variations. Once we're properly warmed, we'll flow in a specifically tailored sequence of standing poses to prepare the body for the peak pose, and finally explore the peak pose regressions & progressions.

Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time
All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
