Routine
All you Goddesses out there, and that also means the dudes! Come join me for a fairly strong and steady Vinyasa flow class. Using a mix of classic asanas, pranayama and meditation, this class is a gift at the end of the week to take time for you, check in with yourself body, mind & spirit after a long week. Each week we work on different themes whether that being working into a particular challenging posture or looking at the body's amazing Chakra or to just work on balancing in a fun and supported way. This is the time to access that inner cheerleading committee and banish that unwanted inner critic.
