Class Details

What you will be doing

This is a fitness class which utilises traditional ballet postures to help build strength throughout the body, but particularly the booty, calves and thighs.🦵

This class will help you to feel stronger, as well as improving your posture and flexibility.

Plus you get to feel like a ballet dancer for 45 minutes!! 😂

As with all my classes we will be focusing on having fun whilst working, with party vibes and great tunes. 🥳


We will be starting off with a mobility warm up, followed by standing and mat based sections, incorporating exercises for the lower body, upper body and core. Finishing off with a much needed chill out and stretch.


Meet on the lower terraces at the pin drop. In the event of bad weather we will meet under the bridge by the Sports Centre. If the class is relocating to the bridge, I will message all participants at least half an hour before the class.

Please bring a mat if you have one.
