What you will be doing
Variable Intensity Interval Training (or VIIT) is accessible and effective. This is outdoor interval training for everyone.
Exercises are carefully selected so they can be regressed for those early on in their fitness journey or progressed for those looking to take their fitness and strength to the next level. Work your way up through the levels, the progression you'll see will get you hooked.
Routine
Using an interval format, you will be doing body weight strength based exercises interlaced with bursts of higher intensity cardio making full use of the iconic Crystal Palace steps!
Notes
The festival set up is currently blocking the entire terrace area of the park. Class this week will be on the platform by the Museum. To access it please enter the park via Jubilee Gardens and take the steps down (I will put my sign at the top of the steps so you know you're in the right place!) You CANNOT access this spot from the bottom of the park or the station... please don't try!

I offer fun and social fitness classes at my studio in the heart of Crystal Palace and in Crystal Palace Park....
