What you will be doing
Welcome in the new day with my multi-levelled yoga class in the park whilst enjoying all of the nature that surrounds you. Practising on the grass can be really grounding physically and mentally and helps with alignment and a new understanding and awareness of balance as the earth sifts and grounds beneath your feet.
A combination of Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga. Incorporating some fast-paced movements and some poses holding and breathing to gain strength and stability.
Meet in front of the cafe between the two big trees.
