What you will be doing
Can you think of anything more fun than bouncing on a mini trampoline in time to some of your favourite tunes out in the fresh air.
Feel good vibes guaranteed!
Starting off with a mobility warm up. Followed by choreographed bounce routines. Finishing off with core strengthening exercises and stretches.
Please wear trainers and bring water.
We meet on the paved area behind the tennis courts.
This is my only class which is not suitable during pregnancy. If you are post natal, please message me to chat about if you are ready to bounce yet!

All classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 12 hours before the start-time.
