What you will be doing
Just doing a check of classes for spelling and grammar on the app. I’ve had a blast at re-writing this brilliant class. Is it possible to update, if it suits you?
In the What You Will Be Doing session:
Circuits based workout designed to transform the upper body, lower body and abs. 3-4 of exercises in a row. With 3-5 of these sets in total. Expect fat loss and endorphins loading with a muscle toning and calorie burning workout. You do YOUR best so it doesn't matter if you're beginner or advanced!
1) 5 min warm up - dynamic stretches, mobility and movements raising your hart rate and preparing your muscles and joints to exercise!
2) 30 min workout
3) 5 min cooling down, stretching and relaxation for better mood :-)
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
In the What You Need section: Grab a mat or comfortable space on the floor and a bottle of water! Please bring your weights and elastic bands if you have them (not necessary but useful). Set up your own energetic music for better motivation.
