What you will be doing

BUA' s killer HIIT session.

Taking a full body approach you'll target every muscle group to:

↗️ Blow your lung capacity ↗️ Conquer the cardio quota ↗️ Reap the endorphin high

A super friendly group session that'll have your peak fitness pouring out every pore.


60 mins of pure fitness bliss. Short, quick and a real assault on your muscles.

Expect a warm up, followed by bodyweight exercises in intervals of 20-40 seconds work and 5-15 seconds rest. The cool down will ensure no tinges tomorrow.


Meet by playground at the Pub on the Park. Please bring plenty of water and a sweat towel - you’ll need it!
