  3. Best tips for belly fat lose :-)


☆ short warm up ☆ 22-25 min all abs workout ☆ 3-5 min cool down and relaxation

  • Prepare a mat or comfortable space on the floor
  • Bottle/glass of water!
  • Ankle weights/dumbbells if you're intermediate/advanced for extra challenge! ;-)
