What you will be doing

A ballet inspired fitness workout. We start with basic ballet moves for a warm up, followed by a standing leg conditioning section using a barre or high back chair as a prop, finishing with mat based work for butt and core. A great abs, butts and thighs workout for all abilities.


10min Warm Up - Mobility & basic ballet technique / 15min Barre Work - Standing leg work for butts & thighs / 15min Floor Work - Butt & core 5min Cooldown & Stretch
